Product Introduction
This product is a high-performance grinding aid and super-dispersant specifically designed for micro-nano grade ultrafine supplementary cementitious materials and solid waste-based low-carbon cementitious materials. Through multiple action mechanisms, it effectively addresses core challenges in ultrafine grinding processes such as low efficiency, high energy consumption, easy agglomeration, and insufficient activation. It is a key chemical additive for achieving high-value and resourceful utilization of solid waste.
Mechanism of Action
- Adsorption & Hardness Reduction: Product molecules effectively adsorb onto crack tips on material particle surfaces, reducing surface energy and promoting crack propagation, making grinding easier.
- Steric Hindrance & Dispersion: Forms a polymer adsorption layer on the surface of newly generated fine particles, creating a strong steric hindrance effect, fundamentally preventing particle re-agglomeration.
- Chemical Activation: Activating groups in the composition can destroy the glassy structure of solid waste particles, promoting the dissolution of active SiO₂ and Al₂O₃, and stimulating the pozzolanic reaction.
- Cleaning & Lubrication: Cleans fine powder coating from grinding media surfaces, exerts a lubricating effect, improves impact grinding efficiency, and reduces mill temperature.
- Enhances early and late activity of solid waste materials.
Usage Method & Dosage
- Recommended Dosage: 0.02% - 0.05% (relative to the mass of the final product). Initial use is recommended starting from 0.02%, gradually adjusting to the optimal economic dosage based on grinding results (fineness, specific surface area, output per hour, power consumption).
- Addition Point: The mill feed inlet is the preferred addition point. It can be dripped or sprayed synchronously, continuously, and uniformly onto the incoming mill material via a precision metering pump.
- Addition Method: The product can be used as is, or diluted with a small amount of process water according to metering pump requirements. Use promptly after dilution.
Precautions
- Testing Recommended: Due to differences in raw materials and process conditions among manufacturers, small-scale tests must be conducted before initial use to determine the most suitable dosage and process parameters.
- Avoid Direct Addition: Do not spray the product directly onto empty mill liners or grinding media.
- Compatibility: This product is chloride-free and has good compatibility with various concrete admixtures. However, it is recommended to inform downstream customers about its use.
- Equipment Check: Please check the metering pump and pipelines before use to ensure accurate addition and no leakage.
