The cement chromium removal agent is a new type of cement additive designed to help cement companies meet the requirements of domestic and international regulations on chromium content, especially the national mandatory standard GB31893-2015. The cement chromium removal agent mainly acts in cement production to reduce hexavalent chromium in cement, thereby reducing the chromium ion content in cement. With the implementation of the regulations on the limit and determination method of water-soluble chromium in cement issued in 2016, the standards for water-soluble chromium content in cement have been strictly restricted, which has greatly increased the quality control requirements of major cement manufacturers and further improved the technical requirements for the treatment of water-soluble chromium in cement products.
Product mechanism: Chromium removal agent is a product formed by the rapid shearing, emulsification, homogenization and layering of more than ten materials, including organic complexes, dispersants, emulsifiers, nano catalysts, rare earths, etc., after ultra-high pressure reaction. Chromium removal agent can organically bind water-soluble hexavalent chromium ions and has a reducing function, forming stable precipitate compounds that will not overflow from cement slurry, fundamentally solving the harm of hexavalent chromium to the body. And it is packaged in ton bags, which can ensure maximum storage stability and operational convenience at the same time.
Usage Method
The method of using the chromium removal agent is similar to traditional cement additives and can be directly added to the grinding system. Within the range of 5ppm-30ppm of hexavalent chromium content, the dosage shows a linear relationship with the reaction of hexavalent chromium, and it maintains very stable performance for different mills and clinkers. The dosage is low, generally 0.3%-1% of the cement content, mainly depending on the hexavalent chromium content in the cement, followed by the cement grinding treatment and storage conditions
