Our company's Polycarboxylate Ether (PCE) Superplasticizer Base Liquids are produced using polyether macromonomers as the primary raw material, employing advanced free radical catalytic polymerization technology at ambient or low temperatures. Designed with specific ionic functional groups and a rigid molecular conformation, they provide steric hindrance and strong electrostatic repulsion. This effectively enhances the adsorption-dispersion capability and compatibility with various concrete raw materials. The products are characterized by high water reduction, excellent slump retention, and broad adaptability. The series includes Water-Reducing, Slump-Retaining, and Viscosity-Reducing/Comprehensive types.
1. Water-Reducing Base Liquid:Widely used in scenarios demanding high water reduction and early strength, such as pipe piles, precast components, and high-strength cast-in-place concrete.

High Water Reduction: Water reduction rate can exceed 25%, enabling easy formulation of C50 and higher-grade high-strength, high-performance concrete.
Excellent Strength Development: Significantly improves compressive strength at all ages, with 3-7 day strength increased by over 30%.

2. Slump-Retaining Base Liquid: Especially suitable for ready-mix concrete, pumped concrete, summer construction, and mass concrete projects that require prolonged workability retention.

Packaging, Storage & Usage
Packaging: Tanker trucks, plastic IBC totes. Customized packaging is available upon request.
Storage: Store in sealed containers, protected from direct sunlight and freezing. Shelf life: 12 months. Sedimentation may occur but does not affect performance—simply mix well before use.
Usage Recommendations:
-Conduct trial mixes to determine the optimal dosage.
Can be compounded with other base liquids, sodium gluconate, air-entraining agents, and other functional additives.
Mix uniformly with water before adding collectively into the mixer.
Important Notes
Reconfirm the formulation through trial mixes if raw materials, mix proportions change, or temperature variations exceed 10°C.
Strictly prohibit mixing with naphthalene-, amino-, or aliphatic-based superplasticizers. Compatibility with any other admixtures must be verified through testing.
Strictly adhere to standard procedures for concrete placement and curing. Winter construction requires anti-freezing and thermal insulation measures.
Safety Instructions: In case of contact with eyes or skin, rinse immediately with plenty of water. If ingested, drink water to induce vomiting and seek immediate medical attention.
