Product Overview
The LC Type Powder Activator is a dry powder composite material made from modified sulfates, alkaline components, and functional additives through scientific proportioning and fine grinding. It is strictly designed according to the requirements of the Chinese Building Materials Industry Standard JC/T 2475-2023 "Gypsum-Slag Cement". Specifically intended for gypsum-slag-clinker composite systems, it is added at a recommended dosage of 2% of the total cementitious material mass and co-ground with clinker, gypsum, and slag powder. It efficiently activates slag activity and significantly optimizes cement performance, serving as the core material for producing green, low-carbon cement that fully complies with national standards.

Application Scope
Specifically used for producing finished cement conforming to JC/T 2475-2023 "Gypsum-Slag Cement".
Usage Method
- Accurate Dosing: Precisely dose this product at 2.0% of the total mass of cementitious materials.
- Co-grinding: Feed the dosed product along with all raw materials (Portland cement clinker, gypsum, granulated blast furnace slag, etc.) into the mill for grinding.
- Ensure Uniformity: Sufficient grinding time must be ensured to allow full and uniform mixing of the product with the finished cement. This is key to guaranteeing consistent activation effect and stable cement performance.
- Subsequent Process: The ground finished cement can then be packaged, stored, and used following normal procedures.
