Runchang® RC-RM Series High-Efficiency Composite Raw Meal Grinding Aids are core energy-saving and consumption-reducing products developed by our company for modern new dry process cement production lines. Its mechanism is a multi-functional synergistic system spanning the entire grinding and sintering process. It adsorbs onto material particle surfaces and crack tips via polar groups, significantly reducing surface energy and micro-hardness, utilizing the Rebinder effect to enhance grinding efficiency, and inhibiting particle re-agglomeration through steric hindrance and electrostatic repulsion, optimizing particle size distribution and fluidity. During calcination, specific catalytic metal ions and activating groups effectively reduce the decomposition activation energy of calcium carbonate, promote the formation of low-temperature eutectics, and accelerate solid-state reactions and ion diffusion, thereby significantly lowering decomposition and clinkering temperatures. Simultaneously, its nano-catalytic components improve pulverized coal burn-out rate, while alkaline components reduce SO₂ emissions via sulfur fixation, ultimately achieving multiple objectives: increased output, power savings, coal savings, and carbon reduction, helping cement enterprises reduce costs and improve efficiency towards green, low-carbon production.

- Improved Operating Conditions: Reduces mill vibration and preheater coating, improves kiln dusting and nodulization, adapts to high saturation ratio formulations.
- Green & Environmental Protection: Non-radioactive, effectively reduces initial SO₂ concentration in flue gas.
Usage Method
- Recommended Dosage: 0.02% - 0.2% (of total raw meal mass). Specific dosage must be determined through testing based on raw material characteristics and process conditions.
- Addition Method: Added continuously and uniformly to the mill feed belt or feeding system via a dedicated metering pump.
Packaging and Storage
- Packaging: This product is packaged in 1000 kg ton bags.
- Storage Conditions: Store in a dry, ventilated place. Protect from moisture, water, and rain. Under normal temperature and sealed storage conditions, the shelf life is 3 months. Product exceeding the shelf life or contaminated by microorganisms should be tested before use.
