This product is widely suitable for various cement admixtures and different grades of cement. Customized grinding aid solutions can be provided based on the characteristics of clinker and admixtures in different customer regions to maximize efficiency.
Under unchanged cement formulation conditions, using this product achieves the following compared to the plain cement baseline:
Product Features
- Strength Improvement: 3-day compressive strength increases by 3-6 MPa; 28-day compressive strength increases by 5-10 MPa.
- Increased Admixture Content: While maintaining cement quality, the admixture content can be increased by 6-10 percentage points.
- Improved Grinding Efficiency: Mill output per hour increases by 10%-20%.
Usage Method
Recommended dosage is 0.1% (one-thousandth) of the total cement mass. The basic formulation suggestion is as follows:

- Manufacturers can adjust the masterbatch ratio within the above range or use it in combination with other inorganic materials based on specific cement performance requirements.
To meet the specific cement quality requirements of different customers, we support the compounding of the masterbatch with various inorganic materials (such as sodium sulfate, sodium thiocyanate, sodium thiosulfate, etc.).
