The RC-A Series High-Efficiency Grinding Aid is a new grinding product specifically developed for cement enterprises, aiming to enhance cement quality, optimize particle size distribution, improve grinding efficiency, and achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement.

Product Application
- Suitable for all types and strength grades of cement conforming to the Common Portland Cement standard.
Usage Method
- Dosage Range: 0.02% - 0.2%. The optimal dosage must be determined through testing.
- Addition Point: Can be added on the cement mill feed belt or injected via pipeline into the feed inlet of the mill's first compartment.
- Metering: Regardless of the addition method, accurate metering and uniform addition are required.
- Dosage Factors: The suitable dosage in cement is related to the following factors: the target for using the admixture; the mineral composition and alkali content of the clinker; the type, dosage, and activity of mixed materials in the cement; the particle size distribution (specific surface area, fineness) of the cement; the SO₃ content of the cement.
Packaging and Storage
- Packaging: This product is packaged in 1250 kg IBC totes.
- Storage Conditions: No special storage conditions are required. Freezing should be prevented in winter in cold regions. If precipitation or crystallization occurs during storage at low temperatures, heat and stir before use. Melting the precipitate or crystals by heating does not affect the product's effectiveness.
- Shelf Life: Under normal temperature and sealed storage conditions, the shelf life is one year. Product exceeding the shelf life or contaminated by microorganisms should be tested before use.
