The RC-F Series is a composite cement powder chloride-free strength enhancer, refined through a special process using various surfactants and chloride-free inorganic materials. Designed specifically to enhance grinding efficiency and cement strength, it exhibits significant grinding aid and strength enhancement effects and strictly complies with the technical requirements of the "Cement Grinding Aids" (GB/T26748-2011) standard.

Product Application
Suitable for all types and strength grades of Common Portland Cement.
Usage Method
- Recommended Dosage: 0.5% - 2.5%. Add uniformly into the cement mill for co-grinding with clinker, gypsum, and mixed materials.
- Addition Point: Can be added on the conveyor belt feeding the mill. Metering equipment can include a metering screw, a small vibrating feeder, or preferably computerized metering.
- Process Adjustment: After adding the grinding aid, due to the increased material flow rate, appropriate adjustments to the roller press, grinding media grading, and separator parameters may be necessary to ensure product quality and optimal mill performance.
Packaging and Storage
- Packaging: This product is packaged in 1000 kg ton bags.
- Storage Conditions: Store in a dry, ventilated place. Protect from moisture, water, and rain. Under normal temperature and sealed storage conditions, the shelf life is 3 months. Product exceeding the shelf life or contaminated by microorganisms should be tested before use.
