The RC-K Series are grinding aids specifically developed for the characteristics of slag, composed of polyalcohol amines, various non-ionic surfactants, and inorganic salts. This product offers excellent grinding aid and strength enhancement effects, is non-toxic, non-corrosive, non-volatile, has no irritating odor, and is environmentally friendly. Suitable for slag micropowder production, it significantly enhances slag powder activity when used at the recommended dosage.

Product Application
- Suitable for grinding slag micropowder, effectively improving slag micropowder activity.
- Suitable for Portland slag cement, allowing slag content up to 70%.
Usage Method
- Mill Activation: Add the product at a dosage slightly higher than the specified rate for 1-2 hours as a mill cleaning/activation process.
- Production Increase Phase: After activation, enter the production increase phase. While maintaining normal product fineness and specific surface area control, gradually increase mill output based on the stability of the mill bed layer, correspondingly increasing the admixture dosage.
- Quality Enhancement: With unchanged mill output, add the admixture and adjust parameters to decrease product fineness or increase specific surface area to achieve higher strength.
- Admixture Increase: Alternatively, with unchanged quality and strength, adjust parameters to increase the mixed material content.
- Recommended Dosage: 0.03% - 0.15% of the total mass of mill feed material (by mass). The optimal dosage must be determined through testing.
Packaging and Storage
- Packaging: This product is packaged in 1250 kg IBC totes.
- Shelf Life: Under normal temperature and sealed storage conditions, the shelf life is one year. Product exceeding the shelf life or contaminated by microorganisms should be tested before use.
