Runchang® RC-JG Series Cement Chromium-Reducer Agents are highly efficient functional additives specifically designed to reduce hexavalent chromium [Cr(VI)] content in cement. Utilizing organic complexation and reduction technology, they convert water-soluble Cr(VI) into stable precipitates, helping cement enterprises easily meet environmental standards like GB 31893-2015. With a cost of only 1-2 RMB per ton of cement, they offer both environmental and economic benefits.

Mechanism of Action
Through ultra-high pressure reaction and rapid shear processing, the active components in the product undergo complexation and reduction reactions with Cr(VI), generating stable insoluble substances, completely blocking the chromium ion leaching path.
Usage Method
- Addition Process: Accurately metered via belt scale or metering screw feeder and added directly into the mill.
- Dosage Adjustment: Recommended dosage is 0.03% - 0.15%. Fine-tune based on the initial chromium content in cement (recommended for use within 5-30 ppm) and specific operating conditions.
